I have just booked and made a mistake on my reservation, what should I do?
If you have made a mistake when placing your order, you can contact us immediately on the number indicated on your booking confirmation to make the necessary arrangements with the customer service department.
I want to change my booking, how can I do?
Our bookings cannot be modified, however, in case of data entry error or problem with your next stay, please contact us at the number indicated on your booking confirmation or via our contact form.
I want to cancel my booking, how can I do?
Our bookings are non-cancellable unless you have booked cancellation insurance or benefit from the VeryFlexible advantage. We invite you to contact us on the number indicated on your booking confirmation or via our contact form.
Can I change the offer I have booked for an other one on line?
Our offers are not exchangeable. If you wish to book another hotel for the same dates of stay, the cancellation conditions will apply to the original booking.
How can I make a special request on my booking?
You may mention your preferences when ordering in the “Comments on your booking” box. These are not guaranteed at the time of booking but the hotel will do its best to accommodate them.
How can I add a transfer to my existing booking?
If you did not choose a transfer when you placed your order and would like to add it before your stay, please contact us via our contact form, indicating your return flight times in order to receive a personalised quote.
How can I receive the invoice for my payment?
You can request an invoice for your payment from your account – My bookings and click on Invoice by filling in the required fields. Please note that our accounting department is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
